Le Garden, c\u2019est un restaurant gastronomique, mais \u00e9galement une \u00e9quipe engag\u00e9e dans une d\u00e9marche responsable et durable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Afin de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 atteindre ces objectifs et de garantir la fraicheur et la qualit\u00e9 de nos produits, nous cherchons \u00e0 nous approvisionner au maximum aupr\u00e8s de petits producteurs fran\u00e7ais, et si possible d\u2019Ile-de-France, afin de soutenir l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Dans la continuit\u00e9 de ce projet, nos chefs ont \u00e0 coeur de travailler avec des petits producteurs locaux.<\/span><\/p>\n

Une grande partie de nos produits proviennent donc de fermes situ\u00e9es en Seine et Marne. Cette proximit\u00e9 nous permet de garantir la qualit\u00e9 et la fraicheur de nos ingr\u00e9dients, mais \u00e9galement de cr\u00e9er une relation de confiance avec nos producteurs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conscients que la France est riche en petits producteurs de talents, nous cherchons \u00e0 proposer une carte de vins, champagnes et spiritieux provenant des cinq coins de l’hexagone. Nous s\u00e9lectionnons nos alcools avec soins, et nous nous rendons si possible aupr\u00e8s des viticulteurs et autre producteurs afin de d\u00e9couvrir leurs domaines et leurs meilleures cuv\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Nous sommes convaincus de la valeur ajout\u00e9e pour nos clients d\u2019une offre fond\u00e9e sur des principes \u00e9co-responsables, via notamment les bienfaits du circuit court d\u2019approvisionnement. <\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, nous travaillons pour l\u2019approvisionnement de nos herbes avec la Maison Chevet, mara\u00eecher familial depuis 1932 situ\u00e9 dans la Seine-et-Marne avec une approche d\u2019agriculteur raisonn\u00e9.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Nos \u00e9quipes ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 un potager comprenant des herbes aromatiques et des l\u00e9gumes de saison. Notre vocation est de tendre vers un syst\u00e8me d’autoconsommation, et de rester au plus proche de nos producteurs sur le march\u00e9 de Rungis. Cela garantit la fra\u00eecheur et la qualit\u00e9 de nos produits ainsi que nos prix comp\u00e9titifs.<\/span><\/h3>\n
